Hi! My name is Precious Moore and I am a Tidewater native. I've lived in several cities in the Hampton Roads area and currently reside in Portsmouth with my family.  I became interested in real estate while searching for my first home in Virginia Beach.  Several years later I became a landlord and rental property manager while running an in-home childcare center and homeschooling my three children. (phew!)

Now that my children are a little older, I've decided to follow my dream of becoming a real estate agent. I have a passion for real estate and treat every client like family. Over the years, I have cultivated relationships with contractors, stagers, and mortgage brokers. I love educating people about the home-buying process - including budgeting and buying a home for the first time! I also have experience with foreclosures and property management. This means I am detail-oriented, communicative, tenacious, and dedicated to helping you find your “Home Love” as I connect hearts to homes.
